Cottage Carpentry provides building maintenance and repair services to private and public schools and daycare centres. Our tradesmen are fully insured, blue card workers and efficient at dealing with the sensitivities of work on school grounds. We provide a flexible work arrangement to suit school routines.
Cottage Carpentry has completed extensive maintenance and repair work to Government schools in our contracts with QBuild and BAS over the last twenty years. Our tradespeople are all trained in the procedures required - from making arrangements to quote, signing in and obtaining WAP documentation, providing safety barricades as required and working around class schedules.
Our work with schools has been extensive including (but not exclusive to):

- Re-modelling rooms for different purposes

- Replacing stairs and decking
- Cabinetry for Laboratories
