Cottage Carpentry has had consecutively won Queensland State Government Contracts since 1998. These contracts have been for Department of Housing, Correctional Services, Department of Education, Queensland Police Services, Department of Communities and Disability Services. We have worked closely with the Department of Housing and Building & Asset Services (formally QBuild) for over 20 years.
Cottage Carpentry has also won tenders from Federal Government for building repairs and maintenance for the Department of Defence.
We have perfected our processes to ensure a seamless procurement process for all departments with key contacts and back up for every occasion. We have supported key changes in government to ensure a continued seamless service.
Cottage Carpentry have enjoyed working with Local Governments/Councils to provide outdoor and recreation facilities that are second to none. From Japanese and Botanical Garden construction to general repairs and maintenance on site and in commercial facilities.
